New Kundalini Yoga Album “Morning Star Sadhana” On Sale Now!
This is a live recording session of meditation in action. Sadhana means spiritual practice. These are kundalini yoga morning prayer mantras known as "The Aquarian Sadhana" for spiritual connection and clarity, healing, and courage to be your True Self. I invite you to chant along with me, which is the purpose of this music, to clear obstacles from your mind and body and give you an experience of your Divine Self. Thank you, my musical ancestors through the generations. Thank you to my two guitar playing dads; my dad Shane whose name means "gift from God, seeker of Truth," aka “Daddario” raised me to love music and gave me the gift of a humble heart and two pianos to play while growing up- a grand piano in the living room and a smaller one in the dining room. My step dad Jim Eannelli has loved me like his own daughter and recorded this album for me. He also plays guitar on Guru Ram Das. Thank you to my mother Peggy Rose who gave me my beautiful voice like a rainbow, like a rose, like ripples on the water, so that I can know myself through my voice.
